Discreet Shipping - We understand the importance of privacy to many of our customers. All orders placed on GrowBuds are shipped in plain boxes without explicit identifying marks.

Free Shipping - All Canadian orders over $99 qualify for free shipping. There are no weight exclusions or restrictions on the number of items ordered. We're sorry, but due to the very high cost of international shipping, we can only offer free shipping in Canada right now. We reserve the right to cancel & refund any package where we cannot economically ship an item to. If this happens, you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue. We can deliver to most parts of Canada except in very rural areas.

Below 99$ Shipping - The rates for shipping orders below 99$ is automatically displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Priority Shipping - If you want your package a little bit quicker, express options will be displayed at checkout. In some unusual situations where your order can't be delivered with the option selected at checkout, we will contact you within 24h to let you know.

Shipping Carriers - GrowBuds ships most orders via UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Dicom, and Canada Post. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays carriers may have. 

Most shipping carriers do not ship to PO boxes. If you enter a PO box for your shipping address, we might have to contact you to provide an alternative delivery address.

Please note that tracking information might be updated one business day after your order has been shipped.

In some unusual situations where your order can't be delivered with the carrier selected at checkout, we will contact you within 24 hours to let you know.

Handling Time

While most products are located at our Montreal shipping station and can be ready to ship within a few hours, some products require additional handling time so there may be up to 48 hours of handling time before your order is ready to ship.

 

 

Delivery Times:

  •  Standard/Free Shipping:1 to 3 business days for Quebec/Ontario and 3 to 7 business days for other provinces (excluding holidays). 
  • Priority Shipping: Will depend on the shipping option selected.
  • Our shipping cutoff time is 11AM Eastern Time. So, any order placed after 11AM will ship out the following business day and therefore the day you place your order would not count towards the shipping times above. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day when factoring in shipping times.

When we purchase from online companies, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.

So just how can we do this? That answer is easy. GrowBuds is comprised of the highest quality products on the market. We take great pride in our merchandise and are very confident that customers will fall in love with our products just as we have. That said, we can deal with a few outliers that happen to be returned.

 

  

How to make a return

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

 

  • Email support@wegrowbuds.ca  - Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on weGrowBuds.ca. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.
  • Repackage your return and send it back - A GrowBuds agent will send you a return label. You can print this label and attach it to the return order. We will schedule a pickup whenever you are available.
  • Items sent back without authorization may not be refundable.


 

Charges and credits

Shipping charges - GrowBuds Returns Department will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so you don't have to pay for returning your order back to our warehouse.

Receiving your refund - 

Upon successful inspection of returned items, a refund, less the restocking fees, will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

weGrowBuds.ca charges a 15% restocking fee. You will receive an 85% refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

 

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue.

Email us support@wegrowbuds.ca with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in processing the claim. 

The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 10 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 7 days.

All products sold at GrowBuds are offered with a 30-day warranty against any manufacturer defects. In many cases, the warranty coverage on many products exceed the past 30 days.

Please check the Warranty Information tab for each specific product. These policies can be found on the original manufacturer’s website or by contacting them.

The manufacturer will replace any defective parts within the warranty period. Damages caused by misuse, improper maintenance or neglect are not covered by the manufactures warranty. 

A GrowBuds customer service agent will kindly assist you in your warranty claim by helping you coordinate with the original manufacturer.

If for any reason, your product is defective, please contact us directly at 1-888-383-BUDS (2837) or via email returns@wegrowbuds.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

GrowBuds© will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, so you don't have to pay for the return shipping.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All other credit cards, including American Express, can be used at checkout via PayPal.

GrowBuds is a proudly Canadian company founded by Canadians. Our headquarter is located in Montreal, we have warehouses in Laval, Mississauga and Vancouver.

Unfortunately, we don't have any retail spaces available at any of our warehouses to accommodate any clients yet. But we offer free shipping for all orders over 99$.
