Kind LED K5 Series XL750 Indoor LED Grow Light

The Kind LED K5 Series XL750 Indoor LED Grow Light delivers superior growth capabilities, minimized heat production and at just a fraction of the running cost of a typical HPS grow light system. With the creation of the K5 Series of grow lights Kind LED decided to address one of the main issues that growers have continually had with the use of LED grow lights: the small footprint.

While LED’s undoubtedly delivered on reduced energy consumption and cooler running temperature, the small circuit boards found on LED’s resulted in a correspondingly small growth footprint. Unlike the expansive growth footprint that growers may have been used to with HPS grow lights, many LED grow lights have consistently under-delivered when it came to finished harvest weights. Kind LED began by using high quality light emitting diodes (with a total of 208 contained within the XL750) that have been strengthened through the use of secondary optical lenses. These diodes are then spread over an enlarger housing unit (measuring 23″ x 17″ x 3.5″) to deliver an indoor LED grow light that offers growers a footprint comparable to any high quality 750w HPS lighting system.

Another bonus of the upgraded K5 Series of grow lights is the fully customized light spectrum that gives growers the ability to adjust the light spectrum to suit specific stages of the plant growing cycle and tailored to precisely meet the needs of different species of plant. The inclusion of an 8 stage timing function (referred to be Kind LED as the “mother earth” setting) means that your plants can experience a more natural range of lighting when compared to standard LED lights, with the separate stages mimicking a range of natural light settings including “sunrise”, “full day sun” and “sunset”. Each stage can be set to meet the specific light requirements of your particular crop.

In order to maintain a perfect lighting equilibrium, the XL750 indoor LED grow light uses a combination of 5 watt and 3 watt diodes. This allows for the superior intensity of a 5 watt LED chip, tempered with the use of 3 watt LED chips to ensure the overall system doesn’t get too hot. The end result is a light that has the power your plants need, at a temperature that they are sure to like.
