Where is Growbuds located? Where do you ship from?
Growbuds is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. To minimize shipping delays, we have warehouses in Vancouver, Mississauga, and Montreal. Your order will leave from one of our three warehouses depending on your shipping location.
How much does shipping costs? Are you offering a free shipping policy?
All Canadian orders over $149 qualify for free shipping. There are no weight exclusions or restrictions to the number of items ordered. Orders below 149$ will have the rates displayed at checkout.
With which carrier will my package ship?
We ship most orders via UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Loomis and Canada Post. While we do our best to get orders delivered quickly, we cannot account for any delays carriers may have.
How long can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping: Packages normally arrive within 1 to 4 business days if you are located in Quebec/Ontario and 3 to 5 business days if you are located in other provinces.
Priority Shipping:If you want your package a little bit quicker, we offer a Priority Shipping option that will get your package to you in 1-3 business days.
Please take note it can take up to 3 business days to fulfill the order and get it ready for shipment.
Our shipping cutoff time is 11AM Eastern Time. So, any order placed after 11AM will ship out the following business day and therefore the day you place your order would not count towards the shipping times above. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please consider the following business day as your first day when factoring in shipping times.
